Join Ma’alot and McKenzie Wren of Ma’ayan Spiritual Arts for a reflective and restorative art-making session that offers comfort and solace by allowing our creative unconscious to speak. We’ll use mindfulness, some Torah, and plenty of art supplies as we share stories and connect with the needs of our hearts during the month of Elul. No art experience necessary! We’ll conclude our time together with Havdallah, Shabbat’s closing ritual.
