We are living through a moment of chaos, confusion, and deep uncertainty. Our community members—our neighbors, our friends, our family and for some of us, our own selves—are under attack. While some are directly impacted and fearing for their safety, many others are watching, feeling immobilized by the sheer weight of what is happening.
That paralysis—overwhelm—is not an accident. It is a strategy employed to stun us into inaction, to make us feel too small to fight back. But we are not small, and we are not powerless. As a people, we have a long history of resilience. Time and time again, we have moved from shock to resolve, from fear to action.
Please join us for a processing session as an open space to share in community the spread of emotions we are experiencing due to the chaotic moment we are living through. We will ground ourselves, explore ways to move forward with purpose, and strengthen our capacity to show up—for ourselves, for our community, and for justice.
All are welcome. This is an indoor event.
