Intergenerational Queer Shabbat & Craft Night

UPDATE 8/14/24: We are at capacity for this event! We are thrilled with the warm response from our community. To join the waitlist, please email Danni Dezell at ddezell@gmail.com

For our first intergenerational event, we will welcome in Shabbat with our traditional blessings, a shared meal, and crafting!

This event is intentionally about creating a space for queer youth, families, and older individuals to gather as a community. Please invite members of your biological and chosen family! Activities for a wide-range of ages and abilities will be available. Additionally, please feel free to bring any craft materials.

Dinner will be potluck-style. We will send out a sign up sheet for folks to document what they can contribute. We encourage everyone to bring a side, some sweet treat, or beverages to share.

Venue: Neighborhood home in Kirkwood, exact address will be shared 24 hours in advance.

Accessibility Notes:
There is street parking.
There will be two outdoor adjacent spaces for eating and crafting,
There are a few small steps going into the house or people can walk down a sloped driveway to the back porch.

The porch does not connect to the inside of the house and bathroom access requires traversing 3 small steps.

All identities and orientations welcome at this event.  This is a trans/gender non conforming-inclusive space. We hope to see a great diversity of ages here!
